RETURN

The right of withdrawal is a consumer protection measure that applies in specific situations. You may exercise this right when:

To initiate the return, please send your withdrawal request to info@mrsimms.hk. Before we can approve the return, we may require photographic evidence of the item(s) you wish to send back. This helps us understand the condition of the product and ensures a fair assessment.

Once your return is approved, you must ensure the product reaches our team within 7 days of receiving the return initiation notification. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to this timeline.

REFUND

Please note the following terms and conditions regarding your order:

• The order is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other products.
• If your order is lost, we cannot offer a refund or replacement, and any defaced or altered orders will be considered invalid.
• Once payment is confirmed, refunds or replacements are not possible.
• To secure your order, full payment is required at the time of purchase.
